Dr Paul Palmer
Dr Paul R. Palmer is a Pharmaceutical Qualified Person (since 2004), consultant, educator, and founder of Paul R Palmer Limited (est. 2011). With nearly four decades in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply, he specialises in GMP compliance, inspection readiness, quality system design, regulatory remediation, and site licence establishment across the UK and EU.
He teaches on the Qualified Person course at University College London and is the founder of the Academy of Pharmaceutical Excellence, where he is redefining industry training through practical, inspection-focused learning and forward-thinking use of AI and VR technologies.
Paul is known for his uncompromising stance on quality, strategic regulatory insight, and ability to translate complex legislation into clear, commercially sound action. His mission is simple: elevate standards, eliminate mediocrity, and ensure organisations are always inspection ready.

Her expertise spans GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and QMS administration, with proven strength in audits, CAPA, deviations, and technical agreements.
A qualified QMS lead auditor with bilingual proficiency in English and Slovak, Aneta is recognised for driving continuous improvement, fostering compliance culture, and leading high-performing quality and HSEteams.
